Another Successful Year of Developing Happy and Healthy Lifestyles Across Canada in 2022

Another successful year of developing and expanding our vision of happy and healthy lifestyles across Canada would best describe 2022 for Evertrust Developments as we look at the year in review.

This year marked a milestone as we moved our focus into Bracebridge, Ontario with Upper Vista Muskoka, a luxurious living opportunity that will be rich in amenities while being nestled in the heart of cottage country.

The “Hamptons of the North”

Investing in Bracebridge

A highlight of this exciting new project was Dr. Zhou’s return to the area weeks after the groundbreaking to donate to the local hospital’s busy cast department.

Evertrust’s unique position in the residential real estate market has always meant we prioritize making communities better for everyone that we develop in, so, after consulting with local officials it was established that the local hospital was in need of funds.

Mayor for the Town of Bracebridge Rick Maloney said the community was overwhelmed by the generosity of Dr. Zhou and his family and South Muskoka Hospital Foundation’s Executive Director Leah Walker, called the donation to the busy cast department “transformative.”

Shifting Our Focus to Alberta

A monumental expansion of Evertrust Developments beyond Ontario borders took place this past year in Edmonton, Alberta with the purchase of 1.41 acres in the Muttart Urban District  which will be the future site of Upper Vista Edmonton, an opulent and affordable condominium development infused with lifestyle features.

“Its strategic location, large population, major cultural and educational centres made investing in Edmonton an easy choice,” said Dr. Ted Zhou, about his plans to build approximately 366 residential units in a 32 storey tower on the master planned site.

The majority of the project will be one-bedroom-plus-den units with resort-style amenities (exercise/party/game rooms), home office spaces, pet washing stations, lounge areas, underground parking, lockers and other indoor and outdoor amenities.

Townhomes, large terrace suites and penthouses will also make up a part of the development which will likely begin construction in about 18 months, with project completion anticipated in 30 months.

Niagara Region and Upper Vista Welland

One of the fastest growing real estate markets in Southern Ontario outside of the GTA is the Niagara Region and after the successful implementation of Evertrust’s first luxury condominiums in the region ( Upper Vista Niagara in Niagara Falls, Ontario), the waterfront community of Welland was selected as the next project which quickly sold out and is now getting ready for occupancy after a year of building in 2022.
