Upper Vista Welland Condominium Progress Update

Work across both towers is progressing diligently, with each floor receiving focused attention from specialized crews handling electrical, plumbing, mechanical rough-ins, and drywall installations. The project remains on schedule, and the building envelope is now complete, including the installation of precast panels and window walls.

We have employed a window wall system featuring tempered Low Emissivity (Low-E) glass, which provides expansive, visually striking windows that enhance the building’s views while significantly improving energy efficiency. The frames and glazing units are manufactured and installed by a local, proudly Canadian company.

Stud framing has been completed on all levels, with inspections currently progressing to the fourth floor. Elevator installation is underway and is expected to be completed by June.

Weather-dependent construction, including exterior cladding, final grading, and base asphalt, is scheduled to begin in May.

Looking ahead, landscaping and the layout of green spaces will commence this summer, with streetscaping tentatively planned for spring/summer 2025.
