The City of Welland welcomed the transformation of their waterway as they joined Evertrust Developments to celebrate the Groundbreaking of Upper Vista Welland.

The highly anticipated boutique buildings to be located on what is now known as the Welland Recreational Waterway at 350 Prince Charles Dr. S, will feature two, five story towers with 226 units and were sold out within weeks of release.

His Worship, Mayor of Welland Frank Campion, welcomed the development to the area, while addressing the group and commenting on the incredible location and the building’s offerings to residents.

The sheer fact that Evertrust decided to build here on the now recreational area proves the point that it is a great amenity for not only the community but for people looking to move here from other places.”
Niagara Centre MP Vance Badawey also in attendance commended the Evertrust project and the leadership of Mayor Campion as taking the “City of Welland to the next level which was once a very industry only town but now one that is seeing a lot of lifestyle changes.”

Upper Vista Welland Brings First Luxury Condominiums to Market
